The construction site is located in the Leninsky district of Novosibirsk at the corner of Titova-Kavkazskaya streets.
The main building consists of four 9-storeyed sections. Facades of the building are relatively quiet with balconies and glazed balconies. The roof of the building is flat.
Each section is designed with a staircase, with a passenger elevator up to 9th floor, a refuse chute and in accordance with the requirements for fire safety.
Planning solutions for apartments, offices are performed in compliance with the standards of insolation and natural illumination.

On the floor it is planned to accommodate one-, two-, three-roomed flats. The total number of flats: one-roomed – 34, two-roomed – 74, three-roomed – 16. On the first floors of three sections it is planned to locate offices.
The draft general plan provides for the arrangement of areas for recreation, playgrounds, utility areas, grounds for garbage collection and outdoor parkings for personal vehicles. The area is equiped with modern services and utilities, trees, shrubs and flower beds are planted.
