(Customer: OJSC “Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant named after Kuzmin”, it is a part of the metallurgical holding of the group of companies “Estar”).
The building is located in the north-eastern part of the territory of “NMP named after Kuzmin” on the production area at Stantsionnaya st. in the Leninsky district of Novosibirsk.
The section for strip preparation is meant for continuous supply of pipe electric welding machine by strip. The structure of the section includes the following equipment: a chain conveyor, a wedge unbender unit with pre-unwinding and eliminator, an uncoiler, a mangle with tractor assembly, a cutter of upper cut, a junction welding machine with trimmer, draw rollers forward and behind of the strip storage device, a bending and straining device, a plant of roller wires, a loop setting device.
The thickness of the strip – 3.5-5.5 mm. The speed of the roll in the chain conveyor 9.6 m / min.
The putting into operation of the new equipment allowed to broaden the assortment of produced pipes up to 11 type and size, and to improve significantly the quality of produced goods. With the reconstructed machine “20-114” the plant produces electric welding pipes 127, 133 and 159 mm. in diameter which are necessary for gas transportation.
