According to the project it is planned to locate the following objects: a boiler house in the existing building, interconnected with administrative and utility annex building, a metal chimney – 3 pieces, vortexes, smoke exhausts, a draw-well, a dumb well, a closed reservoir for slag.
The boiler house is meant for heating supply of residential buildings, schools No.1 and No.2, the building of the regional administration, the shop, the tax inspectorate building, the communication unit, the building of agriculture department, the bus station, the kindergarten and the canteen.
Heat delivery to consumers – 10.04 Gcal./hour.

The building of the boiler house in the plan is 55.0 × 12.0 m and includes a boiler room, a pumping room, a coal storage, utility premises.
In the boiler room there are 8 water boilers КВВ type – 1.38 Gcal./hour produced by “Oktan” Co., Omsk.
In order to create favorable conditions for the personnel in the boiler room there is a rest room and a room for meals room.
