The plant is located on the assigned site with total area of 16 hectares at Berdsk, near the street Khimzavodskaya.
According to the design solutions on the existing site there are: a production building, a household building, a power-generating building (consisting of a boiler house, a compressor house, a water treatment station), a repair shop with a garage, artesian wells, reservoirs with water for fire fighting and domestic needs, treatment facilities, a pumping station, a checkpoint, transformer substations and distribution boards, parkings for cars and trucks, approach lines (car turnover – 36 cars / day), an overpass between the production and the power generating building.
The production program of the company provides for 109 100 decalitre / day. Output products: natural juices, nectars and drinks in aseptic packaging, including products for children over 2 years old.
The total number of employees: 402 people. Operating conditions – around-the-clock work. The production building is one-storey with 2-level outhouse. Overall dimensions of the building – 276.0 Ч166, 4 m. The column grid – 24.0 Ч 12.0 m. The height of building from the planning point to the top of the parapet – 18.97 m.
