Plant for production of footwear is located at Dzerzhinsky Ave. in the Dzerzhinsky district of Novosibirsk.
The project includes the following sections: technological solutions, architectural and construction solutions, heating and ventilation, water supply and sewerage, electrical engineering solutions.
The building is four-storeyed with overall dimensions 24 Ч 137 m. The height to eaves – 19.0 m.
The building is skeleton-type, the walls are made of hinged aerated concrete panels. The internal partitions are made of brick.
The height of the first, second and third floor is 5.4 m., the height of the fourth floor from the floor level up to floor slabs is 2.9 m.
The production program provides for annual production of 1 500 000 pairs /year. Operating conditions – in two shifts.
The total number of employees – 650 people.
The manufacturing technology includes the following main stages: Manufacturing technology provides for the allocation of the following main stages: preparatory stage, cutting stage, billet (sewing) stage and assembly stage. Leather and materials for the top part and the lining of shoes are cut out automateically by presses.
