“Sibproektcement” Co.Ltd. (Founders DCA “Sibstroyproekt” Co. Ltd. and the Russian – Chinese company “Argo” Co.Ltd.) was founded to participate in the program for the construction of “turnkey” cement plants within the framework of the Russian – Chinese partnership.
“The construction of a “turnkey” cement plant”
The concept of “building a “turnkey” cement plant” includes:
- Project works carried out by the institute included to the structure of the First Heibei Construction Corporation (China) and the works carried out by the project institute of cement industry (China), are adapted to the Russian Construction Norms and Regulations, State Standard GOST by “Sibproektcement” Co.Ltd.
- Manufacturing of equipment for flow process line for production of cement by the dry kilning method by specialized machine-building enterprises of China.
- Delivery to the installation site, customs clearance, certification of the equipment of manufacturing line, including:
- Mechanical and electrical equipment,
- Electrical and cable equipment, tools for automatic control,
- Fire and heat insulating materials,
- Wear-resistant material,
- Laboratory equipment,
- Materials for drainage,
- Spare parts and materials for 1 year of operation,
- Non-standard materials and components.
- Performance of a full range of construction works by the general contractor “Argo” Co.Ltd., including:
- Preliminary construction period,
- Construction works on the underground part, with the simultaneous installation of equipment of manufacturing line,
- Construction works on the superstructure part with simultaneous installation of equipment of manufacturing line,
- Finishing the facades and interiors,
- Internal networks and equipment,
- Work on the improvement and construction of internal road surfaces,
- Preparation of all documentation for the object delivery to the state selection committee,
- Setting up of the equipment,
- Putting the production line into operation and production of a control lot of products,
- Warranty service for 5 years from the date of implementation,
- Post-warranty paid service during the operation life,
- Training of a customer’s personnel.
In this case, all work is guaranteed to be done in 24 months from the date of the transfer under the certificate of the construction site. The design, manufacture, delivery, certification and installation of equipment and all construction and installation work are to be done in this term.
The output at full capacity is realized by specialists in 12 months. Equipment warranty is 5 years.
