The auto show room “PEUGEOT” is located at Berdsky highway in the Soviet district of Novosibirsk.
According to the project solutions it is planned to locate the following main premises: a show room, a forum room, a shop, a section for giving out of sold cars, a section for car painting, a section for tire fixing, a section for express repair, a storage for oils, a storage for spare parts, a car washing, a section for reception and checkup of cars before repair, a section of main repair, a reception post of repairshops, dressing rooms, rooms for meals, offices, toilets.
The building of the auto show room is skeleton-type with metal skeleton, foundations are pile with monolithic grillages, the covering – precast ferroconcrete slabs, the roof is sloped, the material of the covering is roof deck, outside walls – metal three-layed slabs with fire-resistant insulation made of mineral wool on the basis of basalt fiber.

On the level +3.300: an accounts department; staff offices; a dressing room for staff; a room for meals, back offices; an air-ventilation chamber.
